This is a website that goes above and beyond. Some things it will include are:

A Custom Plus website takes as little as 4 weeks depending on the amount of content, design process, when assets are received, number of edits and approval time.

Custom Plus Website Process
All content and any preferred images are provided by you, the client. Stock photography can be chosen by Small Business Web Pro in the case that more images are needed.
Step 1: Questionnaire
First, you’ll receive a design preferences questionnaire to help get a preliminary idea of your styles and preferences. Based on these responses, we will further discuss your website needs, goals, and wants to ensure that we understand your brand and what you’re looking for.
Step 2: Contract & Payment
Step 3: Website Design
Now, the design of a website you will love can begin! Based on the questionnaire and other communications with you, a mockup will be created for the home page and 1 – 2 interior pages for your business to preview. The Custom Plus package comes with 4 rounds of design edits.
*If your content is not quite ready, I can get going without it and can just use placeholder text in the meantime.
Step 4: Website Build
After design approval, the website will begin to be developed online. This includes assistance with setting up your web hosting environment if needed. Depending on the number of pages and how extensive the site design is, this step could take up to 4 weeks. Once finished, your team will be sent the link to review the site.
Step 5: Website Review
You will have time review the website and provide any design changes you wish to make. The Custom Plus package includes 4 rounds of web edits (any display errors you might find, will be fixed and not included as a round of edits). Once a round of edits has been completed, you will have a chance to review again to make sure you are happy with the changes. Once all changes have been made and approved, final payment will be due before I can put the site live (unless on a payment plan).
Step 6: Website Goes Live
Once review, approval and payment are complete, the Google Analytics code will be installed on the site and it will be ready to go live and be indexed by Google’s search engine. You will receive a site user guide that explains how to make edits and you’ll be on your way! Please reach out with any future questions or for help with updates or maintenance (may be an additional fee).

Web Hosting, Domain, & Email Setup
A domain (URL) is needed for customers to access your website. Web hosting is needed to store the website assets (code, images, content, pages) online. An SSL certificate is needed to remove the “this site is not secure” warning that will appear on your website if you don’t have one. You will need to purchase everything separately* so you maintain ownership of your account. Then you will need to provide Small Business Web Pro access to your hosting account so the website and hosting environment can be set up for you.
Company emails are usually included with the domain purchase and Small Business Web Pro can help get an email client (like Office or Gmail) attached to it so you and your employees can access your emails.
*If you want Small Business Web Pro to take care of all of this and create an account for you, you will be billed upfront before any purchase can be made on your behalf.
Initial Design Preferences Questionnaire
This questionnaire contains questions about your brand, style, audience, purpose, and what the goals are for your website. Some design examples will be given for you to choose from. Your answers to these questions will help custom-tailor your website to your brand.
Responsive Layout
Search engines will choose websites that are responsive over non-responsive sites in search results. Most WordPress frameworks already have some default settings for mobile devices such as reducing the sizes of content containers and stacking content but relying on that doesn’t always work, especially with advanced designs. After any changes are made on a page on your site, the tablet and mobile versions of the page are double-checked and corrected if necessary so that your site stays truly responsive.
Website User Guide
After the site is complete, all of the ownership of the content belongs to your company! A user guide will be sent to you that will explain how to log in, access, add to, and update your content. You can also request a zoom meeting (at no extra charge) for an in-depth explanation if you need further assistance. If you’d like assistance with any future content/site updates, we can discuss that option too.
Thorough Testing
It’s important to make sure your website works and displays as it should. After the site is finished, time will be spent going through and testing the forms, links, animations, and display on multiple devices (android, iPhone, tablet, desktops, and laptops) and browsers to make sure there are no issues. Each device and browser have different settings and displays so websites don’t always view the same and require testing in each.
Google Analytics Setup & Website Installation
Google Analytics is a free and valuable tool used to gather detailed information about website traffic. Analytics tracks behaviors such as new and repeat visitors, pages visited, time spent on pages, and where users come from (such as a search result or an external link). This will get setup and placed on your site, and you’ll be given access, so you can see how your website is working for you!
Basic SEO
SEO (search engine optimization) involves using keywords throughout the content that are likely to be searched for by your website viewers or customers. If your copy matches what people are searching for, the more likely your site is to show up in a search result. Basic SEO includes setting up relative keywords and descriptions for each page so they can easily be found by search engines when crawling the site.

Up to 15 pages are included in the Custom Plus website build. Each additional page is $150.
Advanced On-Site SEO / $300
This includes doing an SEO analysis and research for ways to update your website content to improve search rankings and gain more relevant traffic from search engines. Any suggestions for updates will be outlined and require approval before any changes are be made.

Need to add more products? No problem! Price will be determined based on how many you have, the type of product, and the estimated time it will take to add them.
Payment Details
50% down is required to start and the rest is due after approval and before the site goes live, UNLESS we have agreed to a payment plan.

Every penny counts when you’re a new business or just getting started. Small Business Web Pro aims to be an affordable web design option for small to medium businesses, so payment plans are available to help spread out the cost. You can put $2,750 down to get started and then pay $330/month for 10 months, website maintenance is included during this period.
